What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?
We only offer free standard shipping. It can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive most orders.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
This will be calculated at checkout. 
When will I receive my order?
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive your order in 3-4 weeks. 
What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive an order with a defective product please send us an email at customersupport@travllure.com. Send a picture of the product with an explanation of your concerns. If order is defective we will process a refund and send you a new item (if requested).
